Escape the Average in Brazil Timeshare

by Timeshare Authority

Bahiatursa
Salvador, Bahia
Rio de Janeiro conjures images of skyscrapers, the hustle and bustle of city life, and gorgeous beaches. But Brazil's beauty isn't seen only in its cities. The entire country is awash in magnificent sights and undiscovered natural beauties waiting for you to discover. Or, sample the latest guilt-free trend of eco-tourism, an emerging and booming industry here where you get to see it all without harming the delicate ecology.

Perhaps you've visited here once or twice, and wish for more of this intoxicating land. Buy timeshares in Brazil and you'll get to experience all this lush South American country has to offer. From the mountains and jungles to the beaches and nightlife - you'll be glad you have your own little piece of heaven to return to each year.

Timeshares vs. Hotels

Why buy a timeshare when you can stay in a hotel? Good question. The fact is owning a vacation property isn't for everyone. If Brazil is a one time only deal for you and you don't travel very often, then maybe buying a timeshare isn't for you. If, on the other hand, you travel let's say once a year, in Brazil or elsewhere, then owning a timeshare may be a good hedge against future inflation.

With vacation property you pay once to purchase your suite, then it's yours. It's as simple as that. You'll pay a modest yearly maintenance fee for upkeep but you'll never have to worry about inflation again. You won't have to factor in whatever other charges a hotel may post on your bill. The best part is when you check out - that's it. You won't have to factor in a cushion for any unexpected costs. In fact, when you check out you won't get a bill at all because you will have already paid for your accommodations.

Aren't Timeshares for Boomers?

No - not anymore. In fact, you can create the timeshare adventure you want - from hiking to a remote suite perched on the edge of a mountain to one floating above the ocean. But what if one year you don't want to go to Brazil? Are you out of luck? Not at all. With most timeshares, you can trade and stay in any resort in-network. Or, you can purchase a membership in an exchange program, like Interval International, and trade your resort for another nearly anywhere in the world.

Because timeshares are more of an upfront investment, you should plan on owning your timeshare for several years if you want to see a long-term savings over hotel stays.

If the entire process, from searching listings, negotiating offers, etc. is simply overwhelming, then consider hiring a timeshare broker service to do all the heavy lifting for you. Give them the specifications of what you'd like as well as the price you'd like to pay and they will come to you with possibilities. They'll even negotiate and close the deal for you.

So, consider timeshares as a viable and convenient option for you, the frequent traveler.

With vacation ownership you can come to Brazil for the bungee jumping and parasailing but stay for the white sand beaches and verdant mountains.
